La Regenera has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Privacy-related inquiries and requests may be sent directly to the email address above.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through or in connection with laregenera.com, including when you:

• contact La Regenera through a website form;
• complete the Growth Assessment;
• request or book a meeting;
• subscribe to emails or other marketing communications;
• interact with website content or features;
• accept optional analytics or tracking technologies; or
• communicate with La Regenera in connection with an inquiry initiated through the website.

The website is intended primarily for business users and is not directed to children.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data.

Identity and professional information, such as your name, company, job-related information and company website.

Contact information, such as your work email address and, where supplied through a booking or communication, telephone number.

Inquiry and communication information, including information you provide in contact forms, emails or discussions with us.

Growth Assessment information, including your answers to assessment questions and any score, category or recommendation generated from those answers.

Meeting information, including information required to arrange and manage appointments through Microsoft Bookings.

Marketing preferences, including whether you have been asked to receive marketing communications and records of your consent or withdrawal.

Technical and website-use information, which may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, interactions with the website, cookie identifiers and similar technical information where these technologies are used.

We do not ask you to provide special-category personal data, such as information concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade-union membership, biometric or genetic information, or information about a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text website fields unless it is essential for your inquiry.

We primarily collect personal data directly from you when you complete a form, take the Growth Assessment, book a meeting, subscribe to communications or contact us.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you use the website, including cookies and similar technologies where permitted.

Service providers that support the website, CRM, meeting-booking and technical infrastructure may also process information on our behalf.

Currently, we do not routinely collect prospective personal data from purchased marketing or third-party databases. If our data-collection practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required information.

Responding to inquiries

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to understand your request, respond to you and determine whether La Regenera may be able to help.

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we process this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract, or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and managing prospective business relationships.

Providing the Growth Assessment

When you complete the Growth Assessment, we will process your information to:

• process your answers;
• generate your assessment result;
• display the result to you;
• send the requested result to you by email; and
• understand the business needs reflected in your answers.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the assessment you requested and understanding the needs of companies that may be interested in our services.

Receiving your requested assessment result is not the same as subscribing to marketing communications.

Assessing business fit

We may use information from your Growth Assessment, including its resulting score, category or recommendation, internally to understand your company’s needs and potential fit with La Regenera’s services.

Our legal basis for this activity is our legitimate interest in assessing prospective business relationships and allocating our business-development resources effectively.

Completing the assessment does not automatically enroll you in a marketing nurture sequence if you have not separately agreed to receive marketing communications.

Booking and managing meetings

If you book a meeting with us, we use the information you provide to arrange, manage and communicate with you about that meeting.

Depending on the circumstances, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a potential contractual relationship and/or is based on our legitimate interest in managing requested business meetings.

Marketing communications

We may send you insights, news, updates or information about La Regenera’s services by email where you have chosen to receive them.

Where we rely on consent, subscribing to marketing is voluntary and is separate from completing a Contact Form, Growth Assessment or booking a meeting.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting scale@laregenera.com.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Website operation and security

We may process limited technical data where necessary to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and protect our website and systems.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional and secure website and information environment.

Compliance and legal claims

We may retain or use personal data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

The applicable legal basis may be compliance with a legal obligation or our legitimate interests in protecting our legal rights.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the purpose of the processing, whether the processing is necessary for that purpose, and whether your rights and reasonable expectations outweigh those interests.

The Growth Assessment uses the answers you provide to calculate a score, category or recommendation automatically.

We may also use the resulting information internally to understand your company’s growth needs and potential fit with La Regenera’s services.

This processing may constitute profiling under data-protection law.

However, based on the way the Growth Assessment currently operates, La Regenera does not use the assessment to make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or similar significant effects on you.

The assessment is intended to provide business guidance and support our understanding of potential business needs. It does not determine access to employment, credit, insurance or other similarly significant services.

You may contact us if you would like more information about how the assessment result is generated or used.

Our website uses, or may use, cookies and similar technologies for purposes including essential website functionality, remembering preferences and, with appropriate consent, measurement and website analytics.

At launch, our technical setup may include Google Tag Manager and HubSpot website tracking.

Google Tag Manager is a system used to manage website tags. Privacy implications depend on the tags that are configured through it. We therefore assess each technology deployed through the tag-management system separately.

Non-essential cookies or tracking technologies that require consent will not be activated before valid consent has been obtained.

You can accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookie categories using the website’s cookie-consent tool.

More detailed information about the specific cookies and technologies in use, their providers, purposes, and duration will be provided in our Cookie Policy.

We will not treat submission of a Contact Form or Growth Assessment as consent to receiving general marketing emails.

Where marketing consent is requested, it will be presented separately from the main form submission and will be optional.

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link or mechanism provided in our marketing emails or by contacting us.

We may retain a limited suppression record after you unsubscribe so that we can ensure your marketing preference continues to be respected.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share or make personal data available to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our website and business, including:

HubSpot

We use HubSpot for CRM, forms, marketing management, and website-related functionality.

Information submitted through forms or the Growth Assessment may be stored in HubSpot.

For information processed within the CRM and related services, HubSpot generally acts as a service provider processing customer personal data on behalf of its customer. HubSpot’s current contractual documentation also provides separate controller processing in relation to certain tracking-code data, so tracking activities are assessed separately from ordinary CRM processing.

Microsoft

We use Microsoft Bookings to manage appointments.

Information submitted through a booking page may include contact and appointment information. Microsoft states that Bookings data is stored within Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.

Google

We may use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and related website technologies.

The use of Google Tag Manager does not itself mean that every Google analytics or advertising service is enabled. Any additional non-essential technologies activated through the tag-management system will be identified and managed through our Cookie Policy and consent settings.

Hosting and technical providers

We use website hosting, maintenance, security and other technical service providers to operate laregenera.com.

These providers may process limited technical information where necessary to provide their services.

Professional advisers and authorities

We may disclose personal data to professional advisers, regulators, courts or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.

We require service providers that process personal data on our behalf to handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and the relevant contractual arrangements.

Some of the technology providers we use operate internationally, which means that personal data may in certain circumstances be accessed or processed outside the European Economic Area.

Where an international transfer requires additional safeguards, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as:

• a European Commission adequacy decision;
• the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the relevant U.S. recipient is certified;
• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission; or
• another legally recognized safeguard where applicable.

For transfers involving UK personal data, the relevant UK transfer mechanism or UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework may apply where appropriate.

HubSpot’s current Data Processing Agreement provides for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards for applicable restricted transfers.

Microsoft states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension.

Google also states that Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension and relies on contractual safeguards where required.

The European Commission renewed the UK’s GDPR adequacy status in December 2025.

You may contact us if you would like further information about the safeguards applicable to a particular transfer.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Subject to legal requirements and specific circumstances, we apply the following retention approach:

Contact inquiries and prospective business contacts: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, where no client relationship develops.

Growth Assessment responses and results: normally up to 24 months from completion of the assessment or the last meaningful related interaction, whichever is later. If a business relationship develops, relevant information may become part of the client relationship record.

Meeting and appointment information: normally up to 24 months following the meeting unless it remains relevant to an ongoing business relationship.

Marketing subscribers: while you remain subscribed. We periodically review inactive marketing contacts, and contacts that have not meaningfully engaged for approximately 24 months may be removed from active marketing or asked to reconfirm their preferences.

Marketing consent records: we may retain limited evidence showing when and how consent was obtained or withdrawn where necessary to demonstrate compliance.

Marketing suppression information: where you unsubscribe or object to marketing, we may retain the minimum information necessary to ensure that your preference continues to be respected.

Cookie preferences: cookie-consent choices will be retained in accordance with the settings of our consent-management system and applicable guidance.

Client, contractual and legal records: information forming part of a business relationship may be kept for the duration of that relationship and afterward for applicable tax, accounting, contractual and legal limitation periods.

Security and technical logs: retained only for the period reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and technical administration, considering the configuration of our hosting and security providers.

We may retain information for longer where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.

Access to personal data is limited to people and service providers who require it for legitimate business purposes.

No internet or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore review our safeguards according to the nature and risks of the processing involved.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request erasure of your personal data;
• ask us to restrict processing;
• receive certain personal data in a portable format;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• object at any time to process for direct marketing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• raise a concern with a competent data-protection authority.

Not every right applies in every situation. For example, the right to data portability applies only to certain processes carried out by automated means and based on consent or contract.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your situation.

We will stop the relevant processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

You have an unconditional right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

For marketing emails, you can use the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or contact us at scale@laregenera.com.

For cookies, you will be able to change your preferences using the cookie settings available on the website.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

Because La Regenera is established in Spain, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) if you believe that your personal data has been processed unlawfully.

Depending on where you live or work, you may also be entitled to complain to another competent supervisory authority in the EU or EEA.

Where UK data-protection law applies, individuals in the United Kingdom may also have the right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
